A long time client came to us with a property he wanted to upgrade the signage on. The building owner had committed to some major interior renovations and wanted to upgrade the exterior signage and landscaping as well.

We met on site and in our offices and determined a concept of what needed to be done. Our next step was to conceive an image which included a logotype, distinctive shape and strong colors that complemented the property.

Once the designs and terms were agreed on, the transformation soon took place. Here are a series of before and after shots illustrating the process.

A combination of 3 Dimensional, Carved and Flat lettering techniques were used in creating a very distinctive and rich look.

All that remains to be done is the landscaping around the signs and the transformation will be complete.

Thanks to the vision of the property manager, trust of the owner and the execution by the Signage firm, this project is a success. Quality materials and finishing techniques ensure this will be a lasting investment.
